Orders

All orders received by 12:00 p.m. PST are SHIPPED SAME DAY, if the items ordered are in-stock. If your order is due by a certain date, please indicate the date when placing your order. If there is a problem with the in-hands date we will notify you of delivery date.

Please note: We do not ship on Saturday or Sunday. Any order placed on Saturday, Sunday or national holiday will be shipped on the next business day.

Domestic Shipping

All orders are shipped FedEx Ground unless otherwise specified. Transit time varies state to state. San Diego (California) Metro Area residents may pick up their orders at the Island Thatch, Inc. warehouse. Hawaii and Alaska will be charged based on air transportation.

When we ship your merchandise you will receive an e-mail confirmation from "FedEx Tracking" which will be automatically emailed to you along with the website link to check on the progress of your shipment.

International Shipping 

All international shipments will be charged Next Day Air shipping charges. We will ship those packages through the United States Postal Service. Canada and Mexico will be charged 2nd Day Air. Those packages will be shipped through the United States Postal Service. All International Shipments will take 5-15 days to receive.

Backorders

Customer Service will contact you via e-mail and/or phone if your stated in-hands date cannot be met due to backorder.
