3. SMS / Text Messaging Program

If you opt in to receive text messages from us, the following terms apply.

Opt-In: You consent to receive text messages by checking the consent box on our quote request form or other opt-in mechanism. We send two categories of messages: (a) non-marketing transactional messages related to your quote, project, and scheduling, and (b) marketing messages including promotions, special offers, and product updates. Each category requires its own opt-in.

Message & Data Rates: Standard message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile carrier and plan.

Help & Opt-Out: Reply HELP for assistance at any time. Reply STOP to opt out of further messages. After replying STOP, you will receive one final confirmation message and no further marketing texts. You can opt back in at any time by contacting us.

Carriers: Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Privacy of Mobile Information: No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information sharing to subcontractors who help us deliver service (such as our SMS platform provider) is permitted. All other categories of personal information may be shared subject to the rules of this Privacy Policy. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties.

4. How We Share Your Information

We do not sell your personal information. We share information only in the following limited circumstances:

  • Service providers: With vendors who help us operate our business — for example, our website host, CRM platform (GoHighLevel), SMS platform, email service, and analytics providers. These providers are contractually limited to using your information only to provide services to us.

  • Subcontractors and trade partners: When relevant to executing your project, we may share project details with subcontractors, suppliers, or design partners working on your job.
